The RARCC is the only service provider in Western Riverside county whose focus is on providing culturally competent mental health support services to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse.

Using a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach, RARCC works directly with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and their families to assist with immediate crisis, short-term and long-term mental health needs, safety, shelter, food, transportation, clothing, and advocacy.

During the pandemic, RARCC provided emergency support services and telehealth counseling to more than 1,550 individuals and their families. Community Education provided community outreach services to more than 15,000 youth, administrators, and community stakeholders.
