50th Anniversary Dinner and Auction Gala
Saturday, November 4, 2023

Dear Friend of RARCC,

On behalf of the families and children we serve, we invite you to join us at our signature annual fundraising and advocacy event benefiting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse in Southwestern Riverside County.

We look forward to seeing you at the Riverside Area Rape Crisis Center’s 50th Anniversary Dinner and Auction Gala: Celebrating 50 years of supporting survivors and their families, on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 5:00 PM at the Victoria Club. This inspiring evening will kick off the holiday season with a gourmet meal, silent and live auction, opportunity raffle, live entertainment, and more!

For the past 50 years, the Riverside Area Rape Crisis Center (RARCC), a 501c3 non-profit, has stood as a beacon of hope and provided a support system for survivors. Since 1973, RARCC has been dedicated to growing our programs and deepening our partnerships to provide proactive, culturally responsive, inclusive, and comprehensive trauma-informed care. From intervening in moments of crisis and building child and family resilience, to creating safer communities, our services are provided free of charge and include:

  • A 24/7 Emergency Hotline
  • Advocacy and accompaniment services
  • Counseling services and support groups
  • Educational presentations, workshops, and professional trainings
  • Youth leadership and empowerment

RARCC serves thousands of families each year all thanks to supporters like you. Last year, we served over 1,457 survivors through our hotline, hospital accompaniments, and sexual assault and child abuse advocacy support services. In addition, we reached over 10,120 youth, parents, and educators through our awareness and prevention services. Now, we need your help to continue to meet this moment.

Over the past three years, more individuals and families have been impacted by domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault than ever before. Survivors of violence are left to navigate resulting mental health struggles, mounting economic stressors, and systemic community health inequities. Simply put, the need for financial support - to be a bridge of hope and eradicate sexual violence in our community - remains.

For your consideration, the attached sponsorship packet includes multiple ways to get involved and support RARCC's mission. Thank you for partnering with us to inspire hope in our community. If you have any questions, please contact us directly at 951.686.7273 or by email at gala@rarcc.org.

Sincerely,

Adriane Lamar Snider                      Amy Hoyt
